Controller with over 25 years of experience in financial management,
accounting, and financial reporting. Experience in conducting in-depth financial
audits, identifying and rectifying discrepancies and verifying results.
Coordinating with senior management and ownership on the direction, planning
and financing of portfolio assets.

At RB Management Services, Raymond has experience hiring and managing a
team of professionals including accountants, junior accountants, payables and
receivables team members and customer service/front desk staff. Responsible
for reviewing and approving monthly reporting of property financials for a
portfolio of over 20 properties,19mm square feet, 1,100 units/tenants with
annual property revenues of over 45mm.
