Real Estate Experience
Morris E. Harrison, Jr., received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1974 and graduated from the Georgia Institute of Real Estate in 1975. He is a member of the Georgia Tech Alumni Association.
Morris is President of RB Management Services, a full service property management company he established in 1991 in affiliation with Richard Bowers & Company. RB Management provides full landlord representation and property management services, as well as asset management and management of construction for property owners, institutions and developers throughout the USA.
As President of RB Management, Morris has established client relationships with Bank of America, GE Credit Corporation, Travelers Insurance, J.P. Morgan, ING Clarion, Brown Realty Services, First Union, Peachtree Bank, SouthTrust Bank, Heller Financial and SunTrust Bank. In a crowded marketplace dominated by national developers and property managers, RB Management has taken its stand by delivering the bottom line. This track record of NOI enhancement launched the growth of RB Management and continues to be the source of client satisfaction.
Prior to joining RB Management, Morris was Vice President of The Myrick Company for six years. He was responsible for the day-to-day management and leasing of over one million square feet of retail, office and industrial space, as well as large tracts of developed acreage in metro Atlanta. He represented companies including Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Bank Boston, Shell Oil Company, Texas Instruments and Northern Telecom in the management and leasing of their real estate.
Morris’ career also includes ten years with A.G. Spanos Development, Inc., one of the nation’s top five privately owned multi-family and office developers. A. G. Spanos Companies owns the San Diego Chargers National Football League team. He served as Director of Office Leasing and Property Management from 1976 to 1986. He led the construction, management and leasing of an Atlanta office portfolio of over one million square feet with clients including California Federal, Wachovia, Great Western Savings and Loan and American Express. Today, after 30 years Morris continues in consulting and sales of commercial property for A.G. Spanos Companies through RB Management Services.
